REGISTRATION POLICIES

"Min #-Max #"- If a class, workshop or event has "Min #-Max #" in the class, workshop or event title then that class requires the Min # client registration for that event to take place. You will be notified by email. L'Ru Studios is not responsible if you have not entered an email address in your account information or if the address is not correct.
If you are not contacted then the event will be held.
"REGISTRATION REQUIRED" - At this time all classes, workshops, class series, parties, private lessons and events are "REGISTRATION REQUIRED" you will need to register within 24 hours of the start time for workshops, 1 hour for classes, 72 hours for private lessons, events and parties.
If this class, workshop or any event is cancelled, you will be notified by email. L'Ru Studios is not responsible if you have not entered an email address in your account information or if the address is not correct. You will only be notified if the class is cancelled.

If you do not cancel within 12 hours of the start of a "class" that is "registration required" and/or you registered for, your class package will be charged, your credit card will be charged the full amount or you will have a due amount with L'Ru Studios.

"No Show" - If you do not show up for a registration required class, workshop or event your class, your class package will be charged, your credit card will be charged the full amount or you will have a due amount with L'Ru Studios.

Private Lessons- Private lessons must either be paid in full before the lesson or secured with a credit card number before the time and date can be secured on the L'Ru Studios calendar.

Parties - Parties and events must either be paid in full before the party or secured with a credit card number before the time and date can be secured on the L'Ru Studios calendar.

Payment Methods - Cash, Checks, Pay Pal, Visa, Master Card and American Express.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

If you do not cancel within 12 hours of the start of a "class" that is "registration required" and/or you registered for, your class package will be charged, your credit card will be charged the full amount or you will have a due amount with L'Ru Studios.

WEEKEND (Fri, Sat and Sun) parties and event cancellation policy is as follows:
You must cancel online at your L'Ru Studios account a minimum of one-week (7 days) prior to the party or event booked date and time and being confirmed by L'Ru Studios, you will receive a full refund. If the party is cancelled and confirmed one-week (7 days) prior to the party or event booked date and time there is NO refund.
NON WEEKEND (Monday-Thursday) parties and event cancellation is as follows:
You must cancel online at your L'Ru Studios account a minimum of 72 hours prior to the party or event booked date and time to receive a full refund.
If cancellation is not made a minimum of 72 hours and confirmed by L'Ru Studios prior to the party or event booked date you will receive a 50% refund.

Workshop cancellation policy is as follows:
You must cancel online at your L'Ru Studios account a minimum of 72 hours prior to the workshop and being confirmed by L'Ru Studios, you will receive a full refund.
If cancellation is not made a minimum of 72 hours prior to the workshop there is NO refund.

If there is a waiting list and someone on the waiting list would like to replace you prior to the start of the workshop, then you will receive a full refund.

Private and on-line lesson cancellation policy is as follows:
You must cancel online at your L'Ru Studios account a minimum of 24-hour prior to the private or on-line lesson and being confirmed by L'Ru Studios you will receive a full refund.
If cancellation is not received a minimum of 24-hours there will be NO refund.

There will be NO refund, make-up class or credit if you do not show up for classes, workshops, parties or event bookings that you are registered for and do not follow the cancellation policy.

WAIVER POLICY

You will be required to read and acknowledge a liability waiver when you create a L'Ru Studios account.

POLE POLICIES

NO wearing of lotion or any substance that may cause the poles to become slippery.

Poles may damage jewelry so please remove if you do not want your jewelry to get damaged.

An instructor must be present while using poles.

There is no jumping, running and jumping on poles.

Do not attempt pole tricks that have not been taught to you by an instructor.

Always ask for assistance when executing a move that you have not been approved to do alone.

Do not teach fellow clients pole tricks. Please let the instructor do the teaching of pole trick.

Only do moves that are within your ability.

ACROBATIC AND AERIAL POLICIES

An instructor must be present while using acrobatic and aerial equipment.

Do not attempt acrobatic and aerial moves that have not been taught to you by an instructor.

Always ask for assistance when executing a move that you have not been approved to do alone.

Do not teach fellow clients aerial moves. Please let the instructor do the teaching of aerial moves.

Only do moves that are within your ability.

Do not wear jewelry or clothing that may cause damage to acrobatic and aerial equipment.
