What makes L'Ru Studios EPDC so special?
This program will give you a true exotic dancer's perspective and experience. Learn from an entertainer who has worked professionally in the exotic dance industry throughout the US for 17+ years and who has been teaching her erotic style for 7+ years. L'Ru Studios was created by Lesley "Leesi" for women to have a safe place to get in touch with their erotic and creative side. She has been sharing her love of the erotic arts since 2004. She was an exotic entertainer for 17+ years and her perspective is that of a true exotic pole dancer. Many instuctors in the Denver area started their pole dance careers in her classes and have built solid foundations for their own studios from her instruction.

EPDC Level 1 (Beginner-Advanced Beginner)

• 4 Pole Dance routines
  
• 74 pole, dance and transition moves
  
• Warm up and strength exercises that apply to each routine
  
• Body awareness and injury prevention
  
• Evaluating students - identifying common errors and making adjustments for all moves taught in Erotic Pole Dance Certification Level 1
  
• Spotting techniques
  
• Instructional package containing outlines of each routine, descriptions of all the moves, and a DVD of you performing each routine.
  

You will be tested before certification is awarded. The certification includes permission to use the copyrighted material associated with the certification level.
