Classes

All classes are taught in a comfortable, no-pressure setting. Classes are available to allwomen of any age, shape, size, fitness level and profession, unlessnoted to be "coed" where men are welcome to join in the classes. All L'Ru Studios classes are "registration required" basis unless noted to have a prerequisite, drop in or a series.
